Sour Cream Coffee Cake







Sour Cream Coffee Cake


Ingredients:
1 pkg yellow cake mix (without the pudding in the mix)
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding (4 serving size)
3/4 cup warm tap water
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream - Add Last


Put 1/2 cake mixture in greased 9 x 13 pan
add 1/2 topping mixture (see below)
Repeat, bake @ 350 for 30 to 40 minutes


Topping:
1/3 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 to 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

(If you don't have sour cream you can use vanilla yogurt).
