Taco Salad 

Fry 1 1/2 pound of ground beef, rinse and put in big bowl
When beef is cool add shredded head of lettuce
Add chopped tomatoes 
chopped onion 
1 can of red kidney beans (rinsed)
bag of shredded cheese (I use Mexican)

At this point it can be made a head of time and refrigerated or over night.


Right before serving:

Mix in a bag of Fritos to the salad and the salad dressing.

Dressing:
Large bottle of Western Dressing and envelope of Taco seasoning, mixed well.
